Designing and crafting glass marvels with over 30 years of expertise and innovation

Working across a wide variety of genres and industries, Nouvel collaborates with international brands on the development of glass projects from design and engineering to production of the highest standard.

Explore timeline

Since the beginning of Nouvel, we established our values on three essential pillars that underpin our DNA and define the projects we have developed over the last thirty years: innovation, timelessness and luxury.

Innovating with manufacturing processes has led us to think outside the box and to experiment with new methods, such as blowing glass in atypical molds made of volcanic stone, sand, or thin sheets of plywood, providing surprising aesthetic results. Diversifying the techniques implemented in our workshop has allowed us to develop new proposals. An example of this is glass casting, with which we manufacture construction elements, thus creating new possibilities and applications of this material for architectural projects.

Editing pieces alongside well-known architects and designers, such as Pedro Ramírez Vázquez or Teodoro González de León, has not only allowed us to expand our catalog with new proposals but jointly to create dialogues materialized in relevant glass projects.

Collaborating hand in hand with our clients inspires us to continuously improve ourselves by responding with excellence to high standards. Together we have produced exceptional glass packaging, the result of a meticulous combination of high-precision design and the great manual skills of our master glassblowers.

Preserving, studying and interpreting the knowledge behind each product is the mission of the Nouvel Archive, which in a similar way to our design Gallery, functions as a living and resourceful tool. The sum of these processes allows us to constitute an industrial heritage that represents the physical memory of every glass object we have ever produced.
