We use a third-party service that allow us to ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping is complimentary for Mexico.

Hand-cut and sandblast finished product’s Shipping: Estimated delivery in 8 weeks
*You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has shipped.
Deliveries will be completed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
It is not currently possible to deliver an order to more than one address. If you wish to ship to two or more different addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.

LUXURY PACKAGING ORDERS
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section in your Original Quotation document. For inquiries, please contact your sales representative.
Delivery shall be made according to the deadlines established in the production schedule agreed between the parties.
The SUPPLIER will notify the CLIENT when the products are ready for pickup at the facilities located at: Blvd. Tultitlán Pte. 202 A, Los Reyes, 54900 Tultitlán de Mariano Escobedo, Estado de México, México.
If the CLIENT requires delivery to another location, this must be requested in writing. In such case, the products shall be considered virtually delivered to the CLIENT on the date of notification of readiness for pickup.
The CLIENT must have appropriate equipment for the pickup, and all related costs shall be borne by the CLIENT.
From the date of notification, the CLIENT will have a maximum and non-extendable period of 5 calendar days for domestic sales and 10 calendar days for international sales.
If the products are not picked up within the specified time, the SUPPLIER will issue a monthly invoice for storage fees, amounting to 150.00 USD plus VAT per pallet, until the products are picked up.
